Shot

Shot is a simple movie, but it has a lot to offer the viewer. Pictures and scenography were pampered in the smallest details. These days, new movies coming to the cinema, do not have 'something' hidden in this film. That soundtrack in few words: simple, deceiving, amazing, just right. I still remember the first time I watched Shot online. It was simply an amazing experience that I remember to this day. The entrance song still gives me cold goosebumps. Plot summary:

Mark (Noah Wyle) and Phoebe split up. Miguel, a persecuted teenage boy, gets an illegal weapon and accidentally shoots Mark. We are now experiencing the consequences of shooting in real time. Using multi-screen techniques, we visually check everything the couple is going through, and at the same time see how the boy tries not to get caught. The story follows events that professionals call the "golden hour" with all the efforts of EMT and ER teams to save Mark's life. We share shock, pain, anger, fear, humor, guilt, regret and desire for revenge and possible salvation, and see how all of this affects his troubled relationship with his wife. We also follow the struggles that Miguel had to face with responsibility for shooting. After an hour of terror, we discover these three characters five months later and see their lives turned upside down, leading to three confrontations when Miguel asked for forgiveness for what he did and Mark, paralyzed and embittered thinking about revenge....
