Three Sisters is a simple movie, but it has a lot to offer the viewer. In the United States Three Sisters was one of the most popular movies of 1970. The hollywood doesn't have large number of better movies than Three Sisters. I especially love in Three Sisters the soundtrack, it is one of the greatest movie soundtracks ever. I still remember the first time I watched Three Sisters online. It was simply an amazing experience that I remember to this day. The entrance song still gives me cold goosebumps. Plot summary:
Olga, Masha and Irina Prozoroff (Louise Purnell) lead lonely and aimless life after death commanded the local army post his father. Olga tried to find satisfaction in teaching, but secretly yearns for home and family. Masha, dissatisfied with their marriage with a shy teacher falls hopelessly in love with a married Colonel Vershinin. Irina works in the local telegraph office, but longs for humor. Your sense of futility is increased by his brother marriage to Natasha, coarse peasant. Enter by little the family home until even a private refuge of the sisters is destroyed.
