The hollywood doesn't have large number of better movies than The Island of Cats. Anyway, this genre may boast of one of the larger number of titles. You just have to watch The Island of Cats online. Plot summary:
Seventy years certain Daikichi life widowed on a small island with his beloved cat. He is a local native, enjoys at home and spend time with the cat and old friends. His own son did what many local young people. Son moved to Tokyo. However, the change is permanent and friends die of old age, the environment is changing and age creeps up and makes infirm. The old man has to deal with this change.
