Plot summary:
Swedish 19th century engineer S. A. Andrée puts the first man at the North Pole to be. His idea is to start the journey polar with a hydrogen balloon with two friends. Balloon, "The Eagle" takes on Svalbard in 1897, but the three men were not heard again.
